Cancellation Policy

Hi Everybody, 

Here is our policy for our tours, please read this carefully.

We are a family business so we have decided for now, considering this crazy world, not to apply a strict cancellation policy.

At the moment of booking we will be asking only the amount required for tickets which is not refundable.
A week before the tour we will be asking to pay the rest, if in that case there is a cancellation a 50% fee is required.
If the tour is cancelled one day before or no show: 100% cancellation fee.

Prices are in euros and we accept all major credit cards.

If for any emergency reason we will not able to perform a tour, we will find a suitable replacement so that you will not loose your tour, leaving all the arrangement the same.

Gratuities are not included in the final price. 

Let’s say that they are more than welcome at the end of the tour.
